Low Tide is an expressive, colourful work depicting the beauty and resilience of beachside tidal areas surviving in the midst of submergence and exposure. Using inks and acrylics to capture the movement and exhilaration of this amazingly fluid space.

I love to create works that are intuitive and expressive with many layers, textures and surprising elements. This work uses a confident, colourful palette and strong shapes and a bold marks with underlying history in texture to create the many layers that bring the depth to the work that I love.
