Panning for Gold

Panning For Gold is an expressive acrylic and mixed media work. Uninhibited mark-making with a variety of tools and mediums come together to create this work. Sheer abandonment of any concern for beauty - just raw authenticity - which is, in itself, a beautiful thing. A strong and confident addition to your space, and a piece that I enjoy every time I walk past it. It is impressive.

I’ve used several techniques whilst creating these works. I love to create works that are intuitive and expressive with many layers, textures and surprising elements. The random mark-making creates a strong and balanced work. Works that are borne from how things make me feel - not necessarily the image I am seeing. All my works hark back to where my mind has taken me to, and this piece is no different.

This work is ‘show stopping’. It will create a strong and bold statement when placed in your space. Suitable for home or office.
