Using muted but rich colour, it speaks to the excitement of feeling confident and standing tall. Simple in colour and form, layers of free expression come together to create a beautiful work that is strong and uplifting.
I’ve used several techniques whilst creating this work. I love to create works that are intuitive and expressive with many layers, textures and surprising elements. The random mark-making offset by the collage components create a beautiful balance. Works that are borne from how things make me feel - not necessarily the image I am seeing. All my works hark back to where my mind has taken me to, and this piece is no different.
This work will bring a beautiful fresh hightlight to your space. Suitable for home or office.
