Standing Tall

A$149.00

Standing Tall is an acrylic and mixed media work highlighting the resilience of nature - standing above companions that have not yet reached the same heights. Using muted but rich colour, it speaks to the excitement of feeling confident and standing tall. Simple in colour and form, layers of free expression come together to create a beautiful work that is strong and uplifting.

I’ve used several techniques whilst creating this work. I love to create works that are intuitive and expressive with many layers, textures and surprising elements. The random mark-making offset by the collage components create a beautiful balance. Works that are borne from how things make me feel - not necessarily the image I am seeing. All my works hark back to where my mind has taken me to, and this piece is no different.

This work will bring a beautiful fresh hightlight to your space. Suitable for home or office.
