Strength In Stillness - 2

Strength In Stillness - 2 is a soft textured work which - although quiet - still shows strength of resolve. Nothing too loud, nothing too bold - but still strong and knowing. This work is one of two which have been painted to be displayed as a pair. These works can be put together in many differing combinations - all of which are pleasing. They are photographed here as they were painted.

I love to create works that are intuitive and expressive with many layers, textures and surprising elements. This work uses the simplicity of the colour palette along with a subtle collage elements to generate the texture and strength. The many layers bring the history that I love in a work.

This is a Mid-Size work and is a beautifully soft piece which will enhance your space. It uses strength of shape, limited palette choices and layers of gorgeous collage and shadows to be calming work. Suitable for home or office.
