I’ve used several techniques whilst creating this painting. I love to create works that are intuitive and expressive with many layers, textures and surprising elements. This work includes created collage elements laid over acrylic mark-making and sometimes these are then overlayed with painted elements as well. This work references my memories of summer as a child and all the fun things we used to do.
Although smaller in size, this work will create a beautiful statement when hung or stood in your space. It is dynamic and strong, but also reflective and soulful. It will draw you in and you will find many moments within the work that will bring you joy. Suitable for home or office.
