I love to create works that are intuitive and expressive with many layers, textures and surprising elements. This work uses the simplicity of the colour palette along with collage elements and bold drawn and printed marks to generate moments of surprise as well as reflecting on what has been. Whilst a bold work, the simplicity of colour, and being able to look through the layers to see the history, creates a work that speaks to the quiet determination of creating a space you are comfortable with and want to be in.
This is a larger work and is a beautiful statement piece which will enhance your space. It uses strength of shape, limited palette choices and layers of ‘what has gone before’ to be strong, but also calming. Suitable for home or office.
