I love to create works that are intuitive and expressive with many layers, textures and surprising elements. This work uses the simplicity of the colour palette along with multiple collage elements to generate moments of surprise as well as quiet reflection. This is a work using a fairly simple neutral colour palette, and many layers that bring history. This work speaks to me as those memories and thoughts that suddenly invade your mind whilst you are ‘lost in the daydream’.
This is a larger work and is a beautiful statement piece which will enhance your space. It uses strength of shape, limited palette choices and layers of ‘what has gone before’ to be strong, but also calming. Suitable for home or office.
