The Dance Of A Summer Storm is a work which references the juxtapose of Hot Summer Days in Queensland that are punctuated by our wild summer storms, which don’t bring cold, just short, sharp wild mayhem - and sometimes destruction.
I love to create works that are intuitive and expressive with many layers, textures and surprising elements. This work uses the simplicity of a bright colour palette punctuated with bold mark-making and collage to create the many layers that bring the history to the work that I love.
This is a Mid-Size work and is a bold and fun piece which will enhance your space. It uses simplicity of colour and mark-making elements to be a strong, yet wistful work. Suitable for home or office.
